eoa membership application

Membership Criteria:

• Only U.S. Persons (as defined in International Traffic in Arms Regulation 120.15) are eligible for membership. 
• U.S. universities, U.S. non-profit organizations, or U.S. companies (whether or not incorporated), and U.S. Government affiliates are eligible for membership.
• Multiple memberships from the same company are eligible in the case of large stand-alone divisions within large companies. 
• Membership application must be completed and submitted as directed. 
• Application subject to approval by the EO Alliance Board.

Application Instructions:

1. Complete the membership application and charter   (application requires signature so form must be completed, printed, signed and submitted)
2. Please return your signed membership application only, to Kathy Kovalcik at the address below.  (The EOA Charter may be retained for your future reference.)
