1) From the Pittsburgh Airport, following the signs to Pittsburgh on SR 60, then I-279

2) As you approach Pittsburgh downtown on I-279 after about 18-19 miles, Get in the left land going into the Fort Pitt Tunnel

3) As you exit the tunnel (from which downtown Pittsburgh is clearly visible), and cross the Monongahela River on the Fort Pitt Bridge (still I 279), move to the far left so that you can cross the Allegheny River on the Fort Duquesne Bridge

4) As you are crossing the Allegheny, get in the far right lane so that you can exit to the right onto SR 28

5) Merge onto PA-28 N via EXIT 7C toward CHESTNUT ST/EAST OHIO ST/ETNA

6) Exit 7C is about 1/2 to 1 mile after you exit the tunnel

7) Continue North on SR28 for about 20 miles or so, to exit 18 (Slate Lick. At end of exit ramp, turn right onto Route 128/Freeport Road (toward Freeport) for approximately 1/4 mile, and make the first left (Northpointe Blvd). There is a clear sign on the left indicating 'Nortpointe'

8) Proceed along Northpointe Blvd for a little over 1/2 mile, past the first road to the right and a construction site, and then passing the EOC building on the right, and taking the right turn immediately after passing the EOC building

9) Take the first right off of Boyd Road into the EOC Parking lot

From State College:

1) Start on US-322 West leaving State College and continue for approximately 5 miles

2) Take US-220 South/US-322 West towards Tyrone and Philipsburg

3) Follow US-220 (I 99) South for 35 miles

4) After the Altoona Shopping Center take the US-22 West exit towards Ebensburg.

5) Follow US-22 for approximately 17 miles

6) After the second light with the shopping centers (Wal-Mart) on the right, take the Rt. 219 North exit towards US-422 West

7) Take the first exit and go left and Follow US-422 west for approximately 47 miles

8) As you are nearing Kittanning, you will descend down a steep hill

9) At the bottom of the hill is a traffic light & ramps for US-66 South & US-422/US-28

10) Stay in the lane for US-422 West toward Ford City/Butler and US-66/28 South (DO NOT TAKE BUSINESS 422 INTO KITTANNING, KEEP FOLLOWING 422 WEST/Route 28 South)

11) Cross the Allegheny River on the high level Graff Bridge After you cross the bridge: (For the COMFORT INN take the West Kittanning Exit – Route 268) For the EOC, take Route 28 South towards Pittsburgh

12) Take first Exit # 18 for Slate Lick

13) Left at end of Ramp and over the highway

14) Take the first Left into NorthPointe Industrial Park

15) Second Right at Boyd Road

16) Right into parking lot
